NVA is seeking an experienced veterinarian to step into an exciting multi‑site leadership role supporting our growing hospitals in the Oswego/Pulaski region. This is the perfect opportunity for a current Managing Veterinarian—or a driven Associate ready for leadership—to combine clinical excellence with mentorship, strategy, and team development. In this role, you’ll partner with hospital leadership teams to: Elevate medical quality and standards of care Mentor and support veterinarians and staff Help drive hospital growth and performance Strengthen culture and team engagement Influence the future of veterinary care across the region You’ll have the support of NVA’s extensive resources, including recruiting, HR, marketing, operational leadership, and a veterinarian‑led Medical Advisory Board—giving you the tools to lead successfully while still practicing medicine your way. Relocation benefits are not available for local moves (e.g., short‑distance moves within the same metro area).
