Job Details Property Accountant Needed in North Dallas // Commercial Real Estate // Growing Company // Best Placed to Work Salary: $60,000 - $82,500 per year Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Property Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Commercial Real Estate industry. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on commercial real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our property portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our commercial real estate portfolio Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, lenders, and investors Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity Review and approve accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1+ years of experience in Property Accounting, preferably in commercial real estate Proficiency in Yardi software or equivalent property management software Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Competitive Salary plus bonus Comprehensive Benefits 401k with company match Excellent work/life balance with competitive PTO schedule Great company culture About Us Full service boutique commercial real estate firm providing investment, leasing, and management services to investors and tenants in the Dallas/Fort Worth region.
