Key Lead - Tanger National Harbor, Hollister

Job Overview As Key Lead, you will ensure all customers receive quality in‑store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, and maintaining effective store operations. Responsibilities Perform Opening and Closing routines. Operate register/point of sale systems. Fulfill omni-channel orders. Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales. Build and maintain visual displays. Analyze reporting to inform decision making. Protect store assets and perform inventory control. Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values. Schedule & Availability Work schedule varies weekly, with at least 12‑16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase. Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent. At least 1 year of retail experience preferred. Retail supervisory or management experience not required. Experience in leading groups or teams preferred. Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills. Superior communication skills. Knowledge of current fashion trends. Energetic, outgoing, assertive, initiative, confident. Adaptable and flexible, able to balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented. Engaged in applied learning and proactive thinking. Strong work ethic.
