What You ll Do:

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Assist with advanced procedures such as intubation, chest tubes, PICC lines, arterial sticks, and IV insertions
• Manage patient transport when necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care
• Support families and ensure smooth unit operations
• Cover scheduled shifts as needed, with flexibility for temporary or permanent roles

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Pennsylvania
• Neonatal ICU experience of 23+ weeks, with proficiency in critical procedures
• Ability to work 12 or 24-hour shifts, including transport duties
• Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to a busy NICU environment
