Are you a natural leader with a knack for organization and a passion for customer service? Gosline's Hardware, a trusted staple in Farmingdale, ME, is looking for a dedicated store Leader to join our team. With a history of serving our community with quality products and exceptional service, we’re seeking someone who can help us continue to grow and thrive.
What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As our Store Leader, you’ll wear many hats to ensure the smooth operation of our hardware store. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily store operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Managing inventory to ensure shelves are stocked with the right products.
- Handling budgets, sales goals, and financial reporting.
- Ensuring the store meets all safety and operational standards.
- Building relationships with customers and the local community.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
- Knowledge of hardware or retail operations is a plus but not required.
