Estimated Base Salary: $235,000–$390,000 | Depending on Experience
Ready to take your Real Estate practice to the next level?Aligned Talent Acquisition is working with a nationally recognized Am Law firm that is actively seeking a talented Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office .
This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated commercial real estate matters, complex transactions, and working with developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients.

QualificationsExperience in commercial real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, or leasing.
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and other real estate agreements .
Familiarity with real estate due diligence, title and survey review, and transaction closings .
Experience representing developers, investors, lenders, property owners, or institutional clients.
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions and collaborate effectively with clients and deal teams.
The selected attorney may work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including:
Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
Real estate finance and secured lending transactions
Commercial leasing and development projects
Joint ventures and real estate investment transactions
Real estate due diligence, title, and survey matters
Drafting and negotiating complex transactional documentation
Coordinating transaction closings and collaborating with multidisciplinary deal teams
Estimated base salary of $235,000–$390,000 , depending on experience and qualifications
Sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
Exposure to developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients
Meaningful deal responsibility and direct client interaction
Collaboration with experienced real estate attorneys
