What You'll Do: Material Handlers are responsible for supplying workstations and material racks with the proper materials, supplies, and component parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Operate equipment such as an industrial forklift, tugger and electric pallet stacker. In addition, Material Handlers transport finished goods and scrap to designated areas while maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment. Skills/Competencies:

In addition, Material Handlers transport finished goods and scrap to designated areas while maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment. Skills/Competencies:
- Ability to pass the necessary testing for equipment licenses (lift truck license and/or tugger license).
- Maintain a team-oriented working environment that allows for individual differences and provide for individual growth.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and procedure manuals and operating instructions.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Familiar with FIFO (First In - First Out) protocols
- Ability to use various types of tools (manual, electric, pneumatic, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge of PPE and Safety Systems
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, responsibility and accountability
- Awareness level Lock Out/Tag Out process knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of resins, materials and packaging products.
- Knowledge of lot control & lot control processes.
