Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 10 to 40 per week
Patient Population: Children
Work Setting: Clinic, in-home, school
Work Location: In person, Baltimore, MD

Brighter Gems ABA is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.

What I changed and why it should perform better:

• Title: I used the standard phrase people search for, plus the city. Indeed matches titles closely to searches like "RBT Baltimore" and "behavior technician Baltimore," so I left out pay and extra words. Enter the $23 to $27 range in Indeed's pay field instead, which makes your listing appear in pay-filtered searches.
• Baltimore: It appears in the title, the opening line, and the work location, which helps with local search matching.
• Travel: I removed the travel requirement, along with "reliable transportation" and "willingness to travel," since those imply it.
• Front-loaded pay and benefits: Candidates scan these first, and listings with clear pay tend to get more applications.

One thing to check: Work setting still lists "in-home," which can imply some travel. If you only want clinic and school-based work, remove "in-home" so the posting is fully consistent.

I can also write a short version for sponsored listings or an Indeed-ready screening question set (RBT certification status, availability, and so on) if that would help.

remove in home

Here is the updated posting with "in-home" removed.
