What You'll Do Staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Creating a positive and healthy environment for children to learn and grow Developing engaging and interactive lesson plans Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of classrooms Staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education Collaborating with colleagues to promote teamwork and a positive atmosphere Designing lessons that meet curriculum guidelines and engage children Requirements All applicants must meet the following requirements: Hold a degree with 12 child related credits, CDA, or Teaching Certificate Hold a High school diploma pass all background checks as required by the state Experience working with young children Have a passion for educating young minds Nice To Have Previous experience working in a licensed childcare facility for at least six months A 'can-do' attitude with a passion for learning and growth Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people and personalities A willingness to learn and grow within the company #J-18808-Ljbffr Child Care Resources Inc
