We at Polaris Health of Kansas City are leaders within the long-term care industry. Our team consists of experienced, energetic, passionate, and compassionate RNs, LVNs. 

 

Currently seeking skilled and driven Receptionist to welcome our ever-growing team!

Receptionist Responsibilities:  

• The receptionist will greet and direct all visitors in a friendly and helpfulmanner 
• Answer all incoming calls and transfer calls or take messages 
• Respond to residents’ and family members’ questions and concerns 
• Monitor the front lobby and entrance area for cleanliness 
• Provide top-notch customer service to all residents, family members, vendors, andemployees 
• Distribute resident and officemail

ReceptionistQualifications:  

• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent 
• Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills. 
• 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a medical receptionist role preferred
