Dependable Hospice is seeking an experienced and motivated Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to join our growing team.

This is a relationship-driven role for someone who understands hospice, knows how to develop strong referral partnerships, and is passionate about connecting patients and families with compassionate end-of-life care.

The ideal candidate has previous hospice marketing experience , established knowledge of the healthcare community, and the confidence to build meaningful relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physician offices, and other referral sources.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness of Dependable Hospice throughout the community

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other referral partners

• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and eligibility

• Identify and develop new referral opportunities within the assigned territory

• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing referral sources

• Serve as a professional liaison between referral partners and the hospice team

• Coordinate closely with Intake and Clinical teams to help facilitate timely admissions

• Represent Dependable Hospice at community events, networking opportunities, conferences, and healthcare functions

• Track outreach efforts, referral activity, and relationship development

• Ensure all marketing and referral activities comply with hospice regulations and organizational standards

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing, liaison, or business development experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered

• Strong understanding of hospice services and referral processes

• Knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance requirements

• Proven ability to develop and maintain healthcare referral relationships

• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently

• Comfortable working with hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare organizations

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
