Job Title Primary Care Physician – North Haven Location 4A Devine Street, North Haven, CT Work Schedule Monday-Five, very light shift, shared call; 36 clinical hours, 4 admin hours; four-day work week available. Scheduled Hours 40 hours per week, 36 clinical / 4 admin. Position Type Full-time (FTE) EMR System EPIC, AI scribe service embedded. Highlights Collegial practice of 4 physicians and 5 APRN; 1:1 provider to support staff model. Seeking additional provider due to growth and demand. New graduates encouraged to apply. BC/BE certification required. 36 patient hours per week, 4 admin hours, four-day work week available. 16–20 patients per day with light, shared phone call responsibilities with regional group. Academic/clinical affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine. Charming suburban town, minutes to ocean/beaches, accessible to New Haven metro area. 20 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 CME days with stipend. Base salary $290K+, two-year guarantee, generous sign‑on bonus, wRVU bonus plan, quality bonuses, retirement plans, relocation expenses, up to $80K in student loan reimbursement. Responsibilities Evaluate patients, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests. Involve patients and families in care and treatment decisions. Create and complete orders in patient charts. Collaborate on care delivery improvements with staff, other physicians, and management. Initiate appropriate specialty referrals. Provide clinical information to the interdisciplinary team promptly. Ensure timely, accurate, complete patient documentation. Work with practice management on billing, coding and CPT assignment compliance. Maintain optimal patient access. Provide interdepartmental medical consultations as requested. Participate in the development of medical protocols and standard procedures. Qualifications MD or DO degree with ABIM‑recognized internal medicine residency (minimum 3 years) or ABFM‑recognized family medicine residency (minimum 3 years). Licensure Valid American Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine, renewed prior to expiration. Valid and unrestricted Connecticut medical license. BLS certification.
