What You'll Do As a bartender at Captain Joe's Grill, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time. Your responsibilities will include: Mixing and serving a variety of beverages with precision and creativity. Providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Monitoring inventory and restocking supplies as needed. Adhering to all safety and alcohol service guidelines. Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere. What We're Looking For We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality. To thrive in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of bartending experience. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
