Assistant Program Manager – Paxton, MA Position Details Pay: $22.79–$26.48 per hour depending on education and experience. Sign‑on Bonus: $1,000. Additional $250 bonus if MAP certification is obtained within 6 months. Schedule: Wednesday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; Thursday and Friday 2 p.m.–10:30 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m.–10:30 p.m. Location: Paxton, MA. Responsibilities Be passionate about working with and helping youth. Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment. Assist with planning and implementation of programming for individuals. Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed. Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license required. High School Diploma with two years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with one year of congregate care experience required. Degrees in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., in Rutland, MA. Must be MAPS certified or able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
