We are looking for experienced, highly motivated Service Technicians who take pride in diagnosing problems correctly, fixing them efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service. What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment Service RTUs, split systems, walk‑ins, reach‑ins, ice machines, and beverage equipment Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and controls issues Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch Complete accurate service documentation and repair notes Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in the field Participate in rotating after‑hours on‑call schedule What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years commercial HVAC/R service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Experience with refrigeration systems preferred EPA Certification required Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and stay productive Professional communication and customer service skills Preferred Experience Convenience store or restaurant equipment experience Ice machines and frozen beverage equipment EMS/control systems Hot‑side kitchen equipment knowledge is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Company vehicle Fuel card Company phone / tablet Paid training and manufacturer certifications Advancement opportunities Steady commercial work year‑round Supportive team environment Compensation $28 - $45 per hour depending on experience Schedule Full‑time Monday to Friday Overtime available On‑call rotation Work Location South Texas – based out of the San Antonio area with travel to customer locations If you are a skilled technician looking for a company that values competence, professionalism, and growth, apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
