This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including, inventory and stock management, online order fulfillment, and collaboration with the Concierge team for special requests and orders. The E-Store Shipping assistant will be stationed at our boutique and report to the Store Manager. We are seeking an individual who can ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, oversee inventory management, and foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Fulfillment & Dispatch Goals (85%)Efficiently manage a high-volume workload to meet order processing targets and expectations.Process orders received through the ecommerce platform. Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.Pay Range:The anticipated hourly range for this position is $13.48 to $22.46. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
