Estore In-Store Shopper

As an eStore In-Store Shopper, you'll select, sort, and unload items to complete eCommerce online orders. Responsibilities include customer service, such as selecting merchandise from the sales floor to complete customer online orders, sorting merchandise into storage areas, and providing superior customer service. You will also be responsible for sanitation, stocking, and food safety, including maintaining cleanliness within the eStore and adhering to federal, state, and company regulations for product freshness and food safety.

Qualifications include an age requirement of 16+, three months of experience as a Curbie or related experience, strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to make effective decisions on behalf of the customer, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and completion of all required training is required.

Physical demands include working in a fast-paced environment, walking, reaching, lifting up to 55 lbs, and using a manual pallet jack multiple times per day. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
