Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the dispatch board to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
• Dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, urgency, and location
• Coordinate and schedule sold work (installations, repairs, and projects)
• Resolve customer concerns quickly, professionally, and with care
• Accurately document and update all job information in ServiceTitan
• Support field teams to ensure smooth workflow and job completion

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills (both with customers and internal teams)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt quickly and stay effective as priorities shift throughout the day
• Proficient with complex software interfaces

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience dispatching for a service based company
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar software
• Basic understanding of HVAC plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience using software or logic-based systems to minimize drive time
