About The Role

The Segment Analyst supports key operational processes that enable a seamless customer experience and maintain financial accuracy. This role serves as an escalation point for operational issues related to fulfillment, credits, invoicing, account maintenance, and e-submissions, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and operational excellence. The position combines analytical problem-solving, process improvement, and customer-focused support to help drive business objectives and deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an escalation point for fulfillment, credit, invoicing, and e-submission related issues.
• Support sales and customer-facing activities related to order fulfillment, billing, and account maintenance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely resolution of customer and stakeholder concerns.
• Monitor operational and reporting processes to maintain data integrity and financial accuracy.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve challenges, improve processes, and achieve business objectives.
• Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement and drive actions through to completion.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to identify issues, prioritize work, and independently drive solutions with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate information, determine root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Process improvement mindset with a focus on eliminating inefficiencies and enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Resourcefulness in navigating ambiguity, gathering information, and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability with a commitment to following through on priorities and resolving issues to completion.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting operational, customer service, billing, fulfillment, or business process functions preferred.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
