Caregiver Job Description Position Title: Caregiver / Home Care Aide Location: Frederick, MD, Virginia and surrounding areas Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide high-quality, in-home care to our clients. The caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) Provide companionship and emotional support Help with meal preparation and feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing) Assist with mobility and transfers Remind clients to take medications Accompany clients to appointments or errands Monitor and report any changes in client condition Qualifications Previous caregiving experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Good communication skills Ability to pass background check Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Requirements Must be authorized to work in the U.S. CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain) Health screening and TB test Work Schedule Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available Pay Competitive pay (based on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr agreatcare
