These include on-site Aquatic Therapy, Myofascial Release, Strain Counterstrain, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Visceral Mobilization, and ASTYM, among others.We believe in working with just 1 patient per hour. That's why our motto is 1 patient equals 1 hour. We don't double book and we don't have you hand off your patient or see multiple patients at a time. We are a fast-paced clinic and need someone who takes initiative, is positive and displays a high level of integrity in everything they do.Full Time Employee Benefits• Health, vision, and dental insurance with a generous company contribution for the employee.• 401K with 3% company contribution after 1-year and 1,000 hours employment• 3 weeks front loaded Paid Time Off (PTO) to start and 4 weeks front loaded PTO after 3 years of employment• 7 paid holidays per year, including:New Years DayMemorial Day4th of JulyLabor DayThanksgivingDay after ThanksgivingChristmas Day• Annual continuing education allowance of $2,500 and up to 3 paid days off (separate from PTO).• Tuition Assistance Bonus of up to $2,500 over 2 years.• Up to $2,500 relocation expenses reimbursements• License reimbursement• 12 free PT/OT treatments per year• Free membership to our onsite fitness & health facilityPosition Duties and Responsibilities:• Implement and execute on an established patient treatment plan under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.• Communicate with patients, families, referring physicians and other members of the team.• Provide timely written documentation per facility and department requirements.• Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations.• Communicate with patients, families and other clinical staff of treatment variations.• Provide timely written documentation as required by insurance providers to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, reimbursement requirements and physician treatment plan.• Support and participate in department operations and development.• Report any changes in patient status or need to supervising therapist on a timely basis.• Prepare and submit patient charges accurately to provide appropriate billing information.• Meet or exceed the productivity standards as established with designated Director.• Use professional judgment to ensure safety of self, patients and others at all times.• Achieve quality patient care through interdisciplinary communication.• Attend required meetings as designed by the Clinical Director.• Effectively communicate with therapists concerning patients' response to treatment plans.• Provide constructive feedback to rehab gym aides.• Attend in-services, training sessions or other educational presentations.• Coordinate treatment goals with other team members.• Maintain valid licensure, certification or equivalent as requested by appropriate state agency.• Maintain awareness of patient and community needs, conditions, and programs.• Manage a waitlist of patients and assist receptionists with filling your schedule.• Other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:None.Schedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to Friday### Job Requirements* Graduation from an accredited program* Valid Oregon PTA license* Have or obtain BLS certification### Benefits* 401(k)* Continuing Education Credit* Health insurance* Paid Time Off* Vision* Dental* License Reimbursement* Tuition Reimbursement### Equal Opportunity StatementMountain Valley Therapy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
