Production Planner

We are seeking a Production Planner to support manufacturing operations within a high-growth precision manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory coordination, and ensuring customer demands are met through effective planning and execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in coordinating manufacturing workflows within a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer requirements and business objectives
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth manufacturing execution
- Monitor production progress, identify delays or constraints, and implement solutions to keep schedules on track
- Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and workflow prioritization
- Analyze inventory levels, material availability, and production needs to support on-time delivery
- Track key manufacturing metrics and provide updates on production performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, throughput, and process optimization
- Assist with ERP/MRP system planning, scheduling updates, and production reporting
- Communicate production priorities and schedule changes across multiple departments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing scheduling, supply chain, or related role
- Experience working within a manufacturing or precision production environment preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities and solve problems
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
