Baker (Morning Shift)We are looking for our next Baker to join our vibrant company. As a baker, you will be responsible for helping the company to achieve its monthly goals and targets. Your duties may include assisting customers and answering their questions, preparing and following checklists, collaborating with co-workers and management, completing daily tasks, and complying with safety and security regulations.To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about bringing delightful experiences to all of our customers, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This reputation is only possible with an individual who is passionate and dedicated to offering world class cookies, serving the team and customers, while having a strong desire to grow and learn.COVID-19 Considerations:Employees are not required to wear a mask, curbside pickup is available, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, etc.Work Hours and Arrangement:Hours per week: Less than 1010-1920-2930-39Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeShift Times: Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts ranging from 5:00 AM-1:00AMDuties and Responsibilities:Read and understand Crumbl recipesMeasure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookiesDecorating and displaying the finished productEnsure finished goods meet food safety and quality controlsGreeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer serviceCleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitizedWork Requirements:Pleasant interactive skills, time and resource management, and planning skillsAttention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and productsBasic math and computer skillsWillingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goodsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWho are we looking for?:If you are someone who enjoys baking, working with your hands, has a passion to serve and make memorable baked experiences, likes to learn and grow while being in a fast-paced environment, then Crumbl Cookies is the place for you.
