Picture this: It’s 2:55 PM in Vandergrift, PA. You clock in, meet your team, and get hands-on training from a lead operator. By 3:00 PM, you’re learning to move metal coils safely and set up for an evening of steady production on a clean, climate-controlled line.
Role OverviewAs a Coil Plating Line Operator Trainee, you’ll learn to run plating equipment that treats metal coils to exact quality standards. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training from day one and weekly pay at a steady rate of $17/hour.
Shift & Pay- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- $17/hour with weekly pay
- Immediate openings — start as early as next week
- Load and unload metal coils into plating machines with care and consistency
- Watch equipment performance and inspect finished parts for quality
- Print labels and log scrap accurately using a simple computer system
- Assist with machine setups after you’re trained
- Keep your station organized and safe throughout the shift
- Reliability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
- Comfort working on your feet and moving throughout your shift
- Attention to detail and basic math skills
- Openness to learning easy computer tasks (labels, basic entries)
- Lift 30–50 lbs as needed
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, reach, and perform hands-on work safely
