Finance Manager - Skincare

AbbVie seeks a Finance Manager to lead the US Skincare finance function, managing forecasting models, P&L oversight, and cross-functional collaboration across commercial planning cycles. The role requires developing accurate revenue projections, managing a finance team, and providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the US Skincare finance team, including direct reports and people coaching
• Own demand and revenue forecasting models, ensuring accuracy across all planning cycles and product lines
• Manage P&L including margin, OMC, COGS, and SG&A for the skincare portfolio
• Drive financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic business decisions and launch planning
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and global teams to align forecasts and optimize financial performance

Requirements

• 8 years combined experience in commercial finance, P&L management, revenue forecasting, and financial planning
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Proficiency in driver-based forecasting model development and maintenance
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, or auditing
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Pharmaceutical or consumer industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills
