Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 11PM-730AM
Contract: 13 Weeks | Potential to Extend or Transition to Other Supply Chain Opportunities

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented  Overnight Supply Chain Technician to support critical Supply Chain operations within a busy 24/7 hospital and Operating Room environment.

This is a  full-time, 13-week assignment paying $24.00 per hour , with the potential for an extension or consideration for other Supply Chain opportunities based on business needs and performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in  inventory, stocking, warehouse operations, materials handling, retail, or a similar environment and be comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

Schedule & Availability

• 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• 5 scheduled days per week
• Must be available to work  any day of the week
• Rotating  weekend and holiday schedule required
• Consistent attendance and availability throughout the 13-week assignment are essential

Key Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and organize supplies throughout assigned hospital and OR areas
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure supplies are available when needed
• Pick, transport, and deliver materials to designated departments and supply locations
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and putting away incoming materials
• Support inventory organization, stock rotation, and supply replenishment
• Identify low-stock items, inventory discrepancies, or supply issues and escalate as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe supply areas
• Follow all hospital, department, safety, and infection-prevention procedures
• Assist with additional Supply Chain and materials-handling duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in  inventory, supply chain, warehouse, materials handling, retail stocking, or store operations preferred
• 6+ months of relevant experience preferred , though candidates with less experience may be considered
• High school diploma/GED
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn department-specific inventory systems
• Ability to safely move, organize, stock, and replenish supplies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and ability to commit to the full 13-week assignment
• Must be able to consistently work 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Must be willing to work rotating weekends and holidays
• Must complete all required facility onboarding and compliance requirements before starting
