As a Wastewater Operator, you’ll support onsite operations that are safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible. You’ll help our customers reduce water, energy, and natural resource consumption while improving productivity and reducing operational risk. Position Details This position will be based in Monett, MO Shift Requirements: Tuesday - Friday - 7:30AM-4:00PM with weekend rotations, on-call every other week What’s Unique About This Role You’ll work with advanced monitoring systems and collaborate across departments in a high-impact, safety-first environment. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Position requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions Experience using basic hand tools Experience using a computer (email, MS Office) No immigration sponsorship available for this position Physical Requirements Of Position Lifting up to 50 pounds Exposure to hot, cold, noisy, or dirty environments Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, climbing Working indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions Ecolab is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with a disability. Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $42,000-$63,000. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
