Alpha is seeking a full-time Guide to work with K‑3 cohorts on public speaking, focus, feedback, and life-skills coaching. You will split your day between workshops and small-group coaching, adapting the playbook to fit your cohort and using Coachbot analytics to track progress. This is a contractor role through Crossover, on-site at campuses including Chicago, IL.
