Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic serving children with autism and their families. Our Farmington Hills clinic features a renovated school clinic designed for children up to age 8, with large classrooms, therapy rooms, and outdoor play areas. We treat the family as a whole, often including siblings and parents in therapy. Services include a 3-month parent training clinic, speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, and daytime center-based programs.

We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Strong Pay That Grows With You – Competitive starting pay with annual merit increase eligibility. Technicians with 1+ year of experience and active RBT certification start at $20/hour .

Monthly Bonus Opportunities – Earn additional income based on direct care hours with clients, with the opportunity to earn $2,940–$5,250 in your first year and $3,500–$5,250 in your second year .

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills

• Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families

• Collect data and document progress

• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams

• Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required 

• Professional references 

• Reliable transportation and clean criminal history 

• Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs. as needed 

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing 

• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
