Uline Inc., a leading North American distributor of shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources & Talent Management team. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for key corporate positions, designing sourcing strategies, partnering closely with hiring managers, and guiding candidates through a rigorous, high-touch selection process. You’ll leverage data, ATS tools, and market insights to improve time-to-fill, elevate candidate quality, and support Uline’s results-driven, collaborative culture and ongoing growth.
