The role As we scale our US team in Washington, D.C., we are looking for a nIT Support Specialist to ensure our daily operations run seamlessly. In this role, you will be the face of IT for our growing office—supporting our team directly so they can focus on delivering critical capabilities without technical friction. This is not a passive or hands-off oversight role; we are looking for a true "do-er" who thrives on solving real-world problems in real time. You are highly proactive, deeply self-motivated, and take immense pride in owning the technology footprint of our office. Because we are scaling rapidly, this position offers significant room for professional growth as you help shape and expand our local IT infrastructure over time. The day-to-day User-Facing Support:Provide direct, hands-on IT support to our D.C. team, serving as the first point of contact for service desk requests and technical troubleshooting.
