Valencia Trails HOA is seeking a Maintenance Personnel! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Summary: Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds, and other areas as required.

Essential Duties:

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identifies and reports to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience: Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands: Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, and sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise: Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses: No certifications or licenses are required.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences: Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers, and the manuals for the equipment associates may use are in English).
