Nurse Clinician 4

The Nurse Clinician 4 plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our patient population. This position requires managing care for patients with significant medical needs. The Nurse Clinician 4 serves as care managers and patient care navigators. Emergent and ongoing care is a primary responsibility of this role. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as holidays and weekends will be scheduled occasionally. Overtime opportunities may be available. A self-scheduling model is utilized for shift assignments.
