This role helps members get timely, accurate support that strengthens their financial health and confidence in Credit Human. By resolving needs with professionalism, identifying relevant solutions, and maintaining strong compliance practices, the role protects member trust and supports organizational growth.

Resolve member and non-member inquiries in a professional, efficient, and timely manner to deliver a positive contact center experience.

Process financial transactions, account inquiries, and file maintenance accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Identify member needs and refer appropriate Credit Human products and services that support financial health and well-being.

Maintain strong knowledge of Credit Human products, services, policies, procedures, and job-specific compliance expectations.

Meet department service, quality, referral, training, and learning standards that support individual and team performance.

Apply BSA, CIP, CDD, CTR, SAR, OFAC, and job-specific red flag requirements to help protect members and the organization.

Collaborate with teammates to support department, division, and corporate goals that contribute to Credit Human's growth.

Make a daily impact by helping members solve financial questions and move forward with confidence.

Build broad knowledge of financial services, member support, regulatory compliance, and Credit Human products.

Work in a team-centered contact center environment focused on service, growth, and shared success.

Develop valuable communication, problem-solving, and referral skills that support long-term career growth.

Contribute directly to Credit Human's mission by connecting members with solutions that improve financial well-being.

Required: 1 year of customer service experience

Preferred: 2 years of customer service experience, Financial service or banking experience, Call center/contact center experience, Sales or cross-selling experience

Required Skills & Knowledge: Excellent customer service, Exceptional written and/or verbal communication skills, PC skills and 10-key by touch, Type 30 or better words per minute, Empathy, Problem-solving, Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Regular Shifts: 6:45am - 3:45pm, 8am - 5pm, 8:30am - 5:30pm, 9am - 6pm, 9:30am - 6:30pm, 10am - 7pm (All with a rotating Saturday shift 9am - 12pm)

4x10 Shifts: Mon - Thurs: 7am - 6pm, Mon - Thurs: 8am - 7pm, Tues - Fri: 7am - 6pm, Tues - Fri: 8am - 7pm (All with a rotating Saturday shift 9am - 12pm)

Paygrade: 1BA

The expected pay range for this position is $17.98 – $19.00 /hourly.

Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location.

This role may also be eligible for: Bonus opportunity up to 4%
