About the Role: As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of orders. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery. Process payments and provide correct change or receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with guests to understand their needs and provide clear information about menu items. Attention to detail is used daily to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly, enhancing the overall dining experience.
