We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Title: AI Technology Lead Location: Chantilly, VA. Job Descriptions: Must have Skills:Agentic AI - Expertise.Frameworks used for Agentic AI.Technical heavy.Architected a solution using AI.LLM.Bedrock & Claude 3.5 Somnet exposure/experience.AI Governance exp with Fed government.NIST preferred.Strong Functional acumen too to put ahead to the Board.Minimum Qualifications:BS/BA in related field.Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in AI and machine learning, with at least three (3) years in senior technical roles leading AI implementations in enterprise environments.Demonstrated expertise in multiple AI domains, including natural language processing, AI forecasting, and generative AI.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale AI projects, preferably in government or highly regulated industries.Demonstrated experience in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies.Experience in AI ethics and responsible AI practices.Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies.Essential Qualifications:Ph.D. in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.Professional certifications in AI and machine learning from recognized institutions (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty).Additional certifications in data science, cloud computing, or cybersecurity.Has training/certification in Agile methods.Federal government or financial services industry experience preferred.Demonstrated broad range of technical knowledge and solution strategy expertise in order to advise on the best technical solution for stakeholder requirements.Demonstrated experience with designing architecture including managing change across the environments, supporting automated quality assurance and quality control.
