Private Wealth Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Private Wealth Associate for their Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will have four to eight years of experience in sophisticated estate planning, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax, and charitable planning. Candidates in Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Nashville, or St. Louis are strongly preferred. Duties Collaborate with attorneys across various offices in the Financial Services & Capital Markets group. Engage in sophisticated estate planning and drafting. Manage trust and estate administration tasks. Advise on estate and gift tax matters. Develop charitable planning strategies. Requirements Four to eight years of relevant experience preferred. Prior law firm experience required. Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one. Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Active bar license in the relevant state.
