If you're passionate about engineering project management, manufacturing operations, capital projects, and process improvement, this is your opportunity to help drive the future of the world's largest trading card manufacturing operation.Location: Research Triangle Park, NC Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + comprehensive benefits packageWhat You'll DoDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules supporting manufacturing capital projects, equipment installations, and facility expansions.Coordinate engineering activities, project milestones, operational readiness, and cross-functional project execution.Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive presentations using Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, and related tools.Maintain project documentation, governance records, risk registers, action logs, and project reporting.Support leadership reviews, stage-gate meetings, commissioning activities, and operational handoffs.Partner with Engineering, Operations, Automation, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure project success.Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, governance, reporting, and execution.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.3+ years of experience supporting engineering projects, manufacturing operations, capital projects, PMO functions, or project management.Experience using Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, Planner, Smartsheet, Kanban, or similar project management applications.Strong analytical, project coordination, organizational, and communication skills.Experience developing project schedules, dashboards, reports, and governance documentation.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.How You Will Be SuccessfulChallenging the Expected: Improve project governance, reporting, scheduling, and operational readiness processes that support manufacturing innovation.Building Relationships: Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Procurement, and external vendors to successfully execute complex projects.Integrity and Respect: Maintain accurate documentation, transparent reporting, and strong project governance throughout every phase of execution.Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Support projects that meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, operational readiness, and workplace safety.Passion for Cards: Help build the manufacturing systems and infrastructure behind some of the world's most recognized trading card products.Why Join MPG?Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the largest trading card printer in the world.
