This is a high-level leadership role ideal for an RN with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and delivering outstanding surgical care.In this position, you will oversee perioperative services across multiple specialties, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in driving strategic growth, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and execute the strategic direction for Surgical Services in alignment with organizational goalsDevelop and maintain strong physician and executive leadership relationshipsMentor and support a multidisciplinary team, including department directors and clinical leadersLead performance improvement and ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient careDrive operational excellence in areas such as staff engagement, patient safety, and service line developmentManage compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and hospital standardsSupport talent development and succession planning for perioperative leadership rolesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) requiredMaster's degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferredCurrent RN license in good standingMinimum of 3 years of leadership experience in surgical services within an acute care settingProven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive service line growthCNOR and/or CSSM certification preferredFacility OverviewFull-service acute care hospital with a robust surgical programMultiple operating rooms supporting general surgery, orthopedics, urology, GYN, neuro, and advanced robotic proceduresDedicated surgical teams and access to advanced technology and equipmentStrong commitment to quality outcomes, innovation, and staff developmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $115,000 – $175,000 (based on experience)Annual Bonus Opportunity: Up to 15% of base salarySign-On & Relocation Assistance: NegotiableComprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and continuing education support
