Call Center Sales Representative

OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring Sales Representatives to join our energetic call center team in Henderson, NV. What We Offer $12/hour base pay + Uncapped commission Full-time position Weekly pay + paid training Monday–Friday schedule (approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Supportive team environment Ongoing coaching and advancement opportunities What You'll Do Make outbound calls to residential customers Present competitive energy solutions Build rapport and identify customer needs Recommend products and services that fit each customer's situation Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and company systems This position is in-office, with the opportunity to work-from-home once training is complete and established performance and attendance expectations are consistently met. Work-from-home arrangements are subject to management approval.
