Compensation: $30.65 - $37.58 per hour

Job OverviewThe surgical technician will work closely with the perioperative registered nurse as part of a collaborative team. This role involves organizing and delivering tailored, age-appropriate care to patients, ensuring a safe environment that promotes positive surgical outcomes, and monitoring patients' physiological responses during surgery within the surgical suite and throughout the perioperative division.
Qualifications- Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an OR Technician training program
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in scrubbing for various service lines, including robotics, vascular, endovascular, neurovascular, general, thoracic, neuro/spine, orthopedics, complex plastic cases, and trauma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make calls, demonstrate flexibility, multitask, and work independently
- Certified Surgical Technician (required)
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association (required)
- Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
- Every other weekend and holiday
- Full-time position
