What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Mississippi SLP licensure or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in process of completing CFY
• Experience or passion for serving pediatric and school-age students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work on-site and be open to travel assignments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and special education staff
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation for student progress and IEP meetings
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and provide consultation services for staff and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
