Job Description

The UPS Stores in Trevesta (#7561) and Parrish (#2744 & #8003) are seeking career-oriented individuals to join our locally owned, multi-unit franchise team. If you are looking for a clean, professional, and positive work environment where your hard work is noticed and rewarded, this is the place for you.

We are a tight-knit, success-minded team that takes pride in providing top-tier service. Because we are growing, we are looking for key players who want to build a career and advance with us.

Why Join Our Team?

• Positive & Professional Culture: Work alongside motivated, positive, and hard-working individuals in a clean, modern retail environment.
• Great Retail Hours: No late nights! Stores close at 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and 4:00 PM on Saturdays. Sunday 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Weekend shifts are rotated evenly unless you prefer them.
• Full Training Provided: We invest in your success. We will teach you everything you need to know about our business.
• Paid Time Off: Enjoy 5 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) after your first year of employment.
• The Day Flies By: You will be engaged, learning something new every day, and clocking out with a true sense of accomplishment.

What You’ll Do

This is an engaging, fast-paced role where you will learn valuable business skills. Our small, 4-to-6-person store teams handle a wide variety of essential services, with a strong focus on building local business relationships:

• Printing & Marketing Solutions (Our Top Focus): You will proactively spot opportunities to offer printing and marketing services to our customers. Whether a customer is shipping a package or copying a document, you will consult with them, showcase our print capabilities, and help local business owners design and execute their marketing materials and proposals.
• Shipping & Logistics: Handle fragile/creative packing, time-sensitive shipping, and international export and customs documents.
• Legal & Professional Support: Assist residents with important, confidential documents like real estate paperwork, wills, and estate documents (Notary training provided).
• Daily Retail Services: Manage document scanning, faxing, passport photos, and mailbox rentals.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for reliable independent thinkers who take pride in ownership and thrive in a busy environment. Because we operate as a close team, every individual is a crucial player in our daily success.

• A Creative & Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable using technology and possess a natural eye for design to help customers bring their print and marketing projects to life.
• A Growth and Sales Mentality: Someone who loves talking to people, discovering their business needs, and confidently offering our full suite of printing solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for going above and beyond.
• Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours.

Note: Drug test and background check are required.
