Surgical Technologist - Operating Room

Travel Surgical Technologist Operating Room
Assist in surgical procedures in a hospital with a collaborative team culture and advanced technology, including cardiovascular and robotics-assisted surgeries. Work under the supervision of perioperative nurses and medical practitioners, ensuring a safe and effective operating room environment and documenting care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program, a valid certification such as Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 2 years of recent operating room experience. Recommended skills include strong surgical skills, experience in cardiovascular and robotics-assisted procedures, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with operating room equipment. Familiarity with EMR systems and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments are valued.
