The Opportunity: We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to build a long‑term career as a wealth advisor. This role provides the opportunity to work directly alongside experienced advisors and gain hands‑on experience in every aspect of the profession, including: Financial planning. Investment strategy. Client relationship management. Business development. You will receive mentorship and coaching while developing the technical knowledge and interpersonal skills required to become a trusted advisor. Over time, the goal is for this role to evolve into a lead advisory position within the firm. What You Will Learn: The path to becoming a great advisor requires mastery of many disciplines. Responsibilities: Assist advisors in preparing financial plans and client recommendations. Participate in client meetings and follow‑up implementation. Research planning strategies and investment solutions. Support portfolio analysis and reporting. Contribute to business development and prospecting efforts. Deliver exceptional client service and relationship support. Qualifications: 3+ years experience in financial services or wealth management. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Securities licensing preferred (Series 6/7, 65, or SIE). Strong interest in financial planning and investment strategy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
