- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Assist in setting up production lines and workstations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant technical certifications a plus).
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role (specific industry experience may be required).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and willingness to follow safety guidelines.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (if applicable).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Full Time
- Pay Rate is $17.50 per hour
- Shift 1st 7a-530p
- Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
