Our established boutique wealth management firm is seeking a Tax Manager / Tax Advisor to lead and continue expanding our growing Tax Services division. Launched last year, this service line has already established a strong foundation with 70-80 tax clients served during the most recent busy season . We're looking for an experienced tax professional who is passionate about client relationships, strategic tax planning, and helping shape the future of a growing practice.

This is a unique opportunity to combine technical tax expertise with comprehensive wealth management, working alongside an experienced team of financial advisors to deliver holistic planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.

What You'll Do

As the leader of our Tax Services practice, you'll play a key role in both client service and the continued growth of the department.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare, review, and sign individual and business tax returns.
• Provide proactive tax planning and strategic tax advisory services throughout the year.
• Partner closely with our in-house wealth management team to deliver integrated financial and tax strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for tax clients.
• Continue building and growing the Tax Services offering through exceptional client service and relationship management.
• Identify planning opportunities that create long-term value for clients.
• Help refine processes and contribute to the evolution of the tax practice as it continues to scale.

What We're Looking For

• CPA or EA required.
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience with strong technical expertise.
• Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns.
• Passion for tax planning and advisory work—not just tax compliance.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to work alongside financial advisors to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Someone who enjoys building, improving, and growing a business line.
