As our technology environment continues to evolve, we are looking for a Systems Administrator with a strong background in IT support and infrastructure operations who can help ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, responsive, and positioned to support the continued growth of the Bank.This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on technology professional with deep experience across both on-premises and cloud environments. The Systems Administrator will support the day-to-day administration of our enterprise infrastructure while also contributing to technology upgrades, security initiatives, standardization, and longer-term improvements.The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, DHCP, DNS, Windows Server, and enterprise backup solutions, along with solid general networking skills and working knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), mobile device management, and endpoint security.Because technology support at CalPrivate is ultimately about supporting people, we are also looking for someone who is approachable, responsive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working directly with both our internal teams and external clientele.The role includes direct or indirect interaction with customers and other employees and therefore includes responsibilities relating to BSA/AML. The employee will have opportunity to examine and view information and documents produced by other employees of the Bank relating to BSA and therefore has the obligation to report suspicious activity to the BSA Officer as appropriate.Success in this role goes beyond resolving tickets or keeping servers online. The Systems Administrator develops a strong understanding of our environment, anticipates potential problems, and takes ownership of seeing issues through to resolution.Our systems are stable and secure. Backups are reliable and tested. Access is appropriately managed. Infrastructure is maintained proactively. Documentation is current and useful. Employees receive knowledgeable and responsive support, and technology improvements are implemented thoughtfully with consideration for security, business continuity, and the user experience.The Systems Administrator becomes a trusted technology partner, someone our teams can rely on to solve problems, communicate clearly, and continuously strengthen the technology foundation supporting the Bank.
