To date Finix has raised over $200M, including a $75M Series C led by Acrew Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners and backed by American Express Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Homebrew, Inspired Capital, Visa, and others The Role We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who loves the craft of paid digital - someone who obsesses over performance data, isn't afraid to challenge assumptions, and gets genuine satisfaction from turning a good campaign into a great one. You'll own our paid programs end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a real seat at the revenue table. Your Team You'll join a collaborative marketing team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Content/Creative. You'll report directly to [Title] and partner closely with the CEO on strategy and performance reviews. You won't be handed a playbook - you'll help write it. What you'll do: Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, display, video, and remarketing - with a sharp focus on pipeline and revenue impact Continuously test and experiment: new channels, new ad formats, new messaging - if there's a better way, you'll find it Write compelling direct response copy for ads and landing pages that actually convert Build and present clear, honest performance narratives to the CEO and senior leadership - wins, losses, and what's next Partner with Sales to align digital programs with the full customer lifecycle and maximize marketing ROI Work with Content and Creative to develop targeted experiences across key customer segments Design and run A/B tests and segmentation strategies that systematically improve performance Manage budget and spend with Finance, keeping campaigns efficient and accountable Maintain and improve performance dashboards in partnership with Marketing and Revenue Ops What you bring: 5+ years managing B2B direct response digital marketing programs - SEM, paid social, remarketing, display/video Proven ability to launch and scale PPC campaigns with clear ROI; hands-on experience with CPM, CPC, and CPA media buying Fluency in web analytics, ad tracking, A/B testing, tag management, and CMS tools Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads Strong data instincts - you can dig into numbers, find the story, and communicate it clearly to any audience A direct, open communicator who gives and receives feedback well Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and initiative is rewarded What would make us excited: Experience at a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company Familiarity with revenue operations and attribution modeling Background writing direct response or performance marketing copy $140,000 - $190,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr Finix Payments, Inc.
