Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist (PT)

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment working 8-hour day shifts in a rehabilitation/LTC setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs while developing individualized treatment plans following regulatory and clinical practice standards. Candidates must have at least 1 year of PT experience, with LTC or Rehab experience required. New grads are accepted if they have completed a Level II clinical experience rather than only Level I observation experience. An active Massachusetts PT License is required. BLS certification is also required. This role requires strong communication skills, clinical decision-making, patient education, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
